COVID UPDATES FOR CLIENTS AND CAREGIVERS

The safety and well being of our clients and caregivers are the most important during these challenging times.

Here's what we have implemented to keep our Clients and Caregivers safe :

All caregivers are to check their temperature upon arrival to clients home and record. Results are then sent to our office for record keeping.
Caregiver is to check temperture of client and record and report to the office.
If temperature is above 100.9, repeat temperature check is required within 1/2 hour.
If client or caregiver is is known to have temperature above 100.9, Caregiver will be pulled and tested for COVID-19, a replacement will be sent until caregiver is cleared.
In the event of client's temperature above 100.9 we recommend that client be checked for COVID-19.
For client who are confirmed positive COVID-19, caregivers will monitor for emergency signs and preventing the spread of germs; Caregivers will wash hands often for at least 20 seconds, wear a mask, wear gloves and don a gown.
